Organic Skincare for traveling + how to stay hydrated on a long flight and avoid jetlag 

If you’ve ever been on a long flight, you know it can be absolutely exhausting. The atmospheric pressure decreases, there isn’t as much oxygen available as you are used to, and you have to sit for several hours straight. I often find it hard to get enough water on a plane as well. Often they serve you one glass of water at a time, or they give you a 33 cl bottle with your meal and it’s hard to get more than that. And of course, they don’t allow you to bring a big bottle of water through the safety controls, so if you don’t buy a bottle of water in the tax-free shop, it can be hard to get enough on the plane. This week it snowed in Sweden. It was the first time this winter and it made me realize that winter really is upon us and that Christmas is only a month away. Organic Skincare: my favorite products

I’ve changed a lot over the last year. Not so much who I am to others, but who I am to myself. Studying, finding a job, an apartment and all the other things you need to do in your 20s, somehow made me forget who I am. You know, who I really am. About a year ago I read a few interesting books on slow living and I started to practice yoga. Also, I took the terrifying step and started my own business and I got the best part-time job I could ask for. When I look back, I realize that this was exactly what I needed. I needed space for my creativity and I needed to find myself again.
