Gift wrapping

Wrapping gifts is one of my favorite things to do. I’m not kidding. I absolutely love to decorate with pretty ribbons and fabrics and all kinds of decorations. I can spend hours on this and it’s indeed one of the best things about Christmas if you ask me.

I’m all about using wrapping material that can be used more than once. For example – linen towels or old sheets are perfect for gift wrapping (instead of using paper) and can be used for many years. I’ve also bought ribbons that can be used over and over again. And if you ask me, this is far more beautiful than the traditional Christmas papers and ribbons you find in every store at this time of the year. And obviously more environmental friendly. But, I’ve also been using wrapping paper that we already had at home. You take what you have and create something beautiful from that 🙂

In this post I wanted to share a few of my gifts and how I have decorated them. Hopefully you’ll find some inspiration. And if you want more, I recommend that you check out Anna Kubel, Jasmina Bylund, Linda Lomelino and Babes in Boyland, who are all extremely talented when it comes to creating beautiful gifts.

Lots of love and merry Christmas,

Sofia
